"Talking with you yesterday made so much sense. Something inside me changed like you just switched off something from my brain. Thank you hun, for responding to my prayers."

— Kareen, England

After 30, life was supposed to get easier. Instead it just feels like... too much. Maybe you lie awake asking yourself:

"Why do I feel like this?"

"Is this normal or is something wrong with me?"

"Am I going crazy, or does everyone feel this way?"

"Why can't I just cope like everyone else seems to?"

And underneath all of it, the quietest, most painful question of all:

"Am I broken?"

You are whole.

You always were.

You're a woman whose nervous system has been working incredibly hard for a very long time.
Often without the right support, the right tools, or anyone who truly understood how your mind works.
That's what Calm Healing is here to change.

"Thank you Serena, you always encourage me."

— Abigail, UK

You've probably tried things before. Read the books. Downloaded the apps. Started strong and then... stopped.
That's not a willpower problem. That's a design problem.
Calm Healing is built on the 1% philosophy - the idea that the smallest consistent action creates more lasting change than any big effort ever could.
And it has had an enormous impact on many lives.

1% is enough.

No complete overhaul. No 30-day challenge. Just one tiny shift, repeated daily, until it becomes part of you.

Tiny habits. Simple progress. A nervous system that finally gets to breathe. And finally feels at ease.
This is Serene Easement. And it was made for exactly the way your brain works.

Do you ever feel like your brain works differently to everyone around you?
Like you're always waiting for something to go wrong — body on high alert, even when everything is "fine"?
Many of the women who find Calm Healing discover that their overwhelm has a deeper root. A nervous system that has been in survival mode for a very long time.
If you recognise yourself in these words, then you belong here.

"You are my hero and a warrior. You are an inspiration to me."

— Hilda, UG

Some of us are also carrying things from much earlier. Experiences we may not even have words for yet. We feel them in our bodies, in our reactions, in the way we shrink or shut down or push everyone away when things get hard.
Healing from childhood trauma is a deeply personal journey. It begins with one small, brave thing: giving yourself permission to acknowledge it.
Calm Healing holds space for that too. Emotional safety first and always at your own pace.

"Thank you so much for that encouragement, you are a blessing from God and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You know just the right thing to say. I’m so grateful for you"

— Georgina, Staffordshire

Hi, I'm Serena

I spent years not knowing why I felt the way I did. Overwhelmed. Different. Like everyone else had been given an instruction manual for life that I'd somehow missed.
When I hit 40, I had to learn how to understand my own nervous system - my neurodivergence, my childhood trauma, and how deeply the two were connected. And slowly it started to make sense.
I've been helping women for 10+ years, and I created Calm Healing to share what actually works. Not what's supposed to work, but what genuinely does, for brains and hearts like ours.
