Hello! I'm Serena.

I created Calm Healing as a supportive space for women like me: navigating the twists and turns of neurodivergence (& trauma), who are ready to heal from within, feel truly seen, and reconnect with their inner strength.

My own path, from processing childhood trauma to finding balance during peri-menopause, has taught me so much about resilience, self-compassion, and the small things that bring joy. Through the Calm Healing Newsletter and Sessions, I’m here to share what’s helped me, so you can discover what helps you, too.

I had already developed strategies to navigate my neurodivergent brain, but peri-menopause brought new challenges that added layers to my growth. It wasn't until I supported a friend in her journey did I recognise my own neurodivergence.

And now, after a lifetime of suppression, I’m motivated to be a voice for women who feel misunderstood and overlooked. Sharing my journey is a way to support others, honour my inner child, and continue my own healing.
