
Hi! I'm Serena. Creator of Calm Healing and Serene Easement.
I created Calm Healing as a supportive space for women like me: navigating the twists and turns of neurodivergence (+ trauma), who are ready to heal from within, feel truly seen, and reconnect with their inner strength.
I've spent 15+ years learning and researching different methods so you can find relief and feel better about yourself quickly. I have combined the best of what I have learnt into my Serene Easement programs.
My own path, from processing childhood trauma to finding balance during peri-menopause, has taught me so much about resilience, self-compassion, and the small things that bring joy. Through the Calm Healing Newsletter and Programs, I’m here to share what I have discovered.


I had already developed strategies to navigate my neurodivergent brain, but peri-menopause unlocked hidden childhood trauma and pushed me into reading and researching to find relief. It wasn't until I supported a friend in her journey that I recognised my own neurodivergence.
And now, after a lifetime of suppression, I’m motivated to be a voice for women who feel misunderstood and overlooked. We all deserve to have a voice and discover our own innate sense of self worth.
